Dr. Larry Kaplan is an open, eager and enthusiastic student of the world of health and wellness.  He is an enthusiastic Bikram yoga student, a health and wellness coach and passionately lives his life to the fullest. Dr. Kaplan has been happily married to his wonderful wife Paula for forty four years and they share proud parenthood of three lovely sons, three daughter-in-laws and four amazing grandchildren.

Through his studies, Dr. Kaplan has developed basic, easy-to-follow strategies to create optimal health and vitality without struggling, deprivation or dieting. He is the creator and founder of “Choose Your Body,” a program which provides a natural, simple and gentle approach to weight loss that gives you total freedom to enjoy eating whatever you    want while maintaining your perfect weight forever.
